Every year, the Turkish Ministry of Justice submits its documents determined by the commission, to İstanbul court of original jurisdiction commission presidency. The commission examine these documents and announce a list for the translators who will take an oath. Translators in this list take an oath on the specified date at the presidency of the justice commission and are added to the judicial translators list. The translators in this list are authorized to translate in courts and land registry offices.
