How it works in four steps
- Send a photo on WhatsApp. Tell us which office the document is for (migration office, marriage office, land registry), so we can plan the right order of apostille and translation.
- Get the price within about 10 minutes. During working hours we usually reply with the price and the delivery time within ten minutes. We also tell you whether the notary needs to see the original document; if so, you send it to our Şirinevler office by courier.
- Translation and notary certification. Our sworn translator translates the document and the translation is certified by the notary.
- Delivery by courier. The certified translation, and the original if you sent it, are couriered to your address. We also email you a scanned copy.
Is a translation certified in Istanbul valid in Antalya or İzmir?
Yes. A sworn translator’s signature can only be certified by the notary where the translator is registered, but once certified, the translation is valid throughout Turkey. A translation notarized in Istanbul can be submitted in Antalya, Alanya, Fethiye, Bodrum or İzmir in the same way. Our guide on how sworn and notarized translation works in Turkey explains the rules.
Residence permit (ikamet)
Residence permit applications are made through e-İkamet and handled by the provincial migration office where you live. Documents issued abroad, such as birth and marriage certificates or a criminal record, usually need an apostille from the issuing country and a notarized Turkish translation. Getting married in Turkey
Foreigners marrying in Turkey apply to the municipal marriage office. The office usually asks for a certificate of no impediment from your country, a birth certificate and a passport translation, and an interpreter at the ceremony if you do not speak Turkish. Buying property (tapu)
For a title deed transfer, the land registry office asks for a notarized Turkish translation of your passport, and a power of attorney signed abroad needs an apostille and a notarized translation. We prepare these remotely. If you do not speak Turkish, a sworn interpreter from an official list must also be present in person at the signing; outside Istanbul, ask your land registry office or your agent for a listed local interpreter. That depends on the courier company and your city. If you need it quickly, we also email the scanned copy.
Do you work at weekends?
No. We work on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00; documents sent at the weekend are handled on Monday.
